Where does the time go?

I have been MIA because this time of
year is pretty busy for me! Pre-school
graduation, another semester of school
ended for me,birthdays, lodge stuff,
and of course the regular
every day stuff that has to be done!
I am exhausted and ready for a vacay:)
No rest for the wicked though, tomorrow
I will be up bright & early for a Weight
Watchers meeting and then I am off to
a pancake breakfast at Ry's lodge! I am
hoping after breakfast that we can take a
little road trip together:) Let's go weekend,
I think I'm ready!!!!

A lazy Sunday & a Cubs Win!

the big move. As you can see I was a bit

cramped in this space and the lovely

wood paneling(great idea for any room!)

made the creative process really take flight!

The new scrap nook is much brighter and

has a lot more storage space. I will post a photo of the new nook after I have cleaned up a bit:)

Last night we went to

the WCF Symphony Orchestra's

Spring Pops concert, a showing of the

original Wizard of Oz with all music

played live by the symphony. It was

amazing!! The movie was shown in its

original form with an intermission. I have

seen this movie so many times I have it

memorized, but let me tell you, I saw things

that I have never seen before! The colors, the

songs, the munchkins, all were better than I

ever remembered! If you ever have a chance to see the movie,

or any good old movie like this, do it!! You will be so glad that you did:)

It's Wednesday & I am dog tired.......

had had Christmas Eve dinner at my

parents & we had opened presents, but

it's Real Housewives time!

This show is one of my gulitest pleasures. The drama is more than I can handle some

times, but it is so worth it!! I love the Orange County girls, but the New York ladies are too much not to love:)

Monday......kind of glad it's over.

Anyway, Monday wasn't too bad, but I still

Thursdays are always such great days!
Thanks to my husband Thursdays have
been my day to just relax & regroup & enjoy
life:) So today is no exception. Work was
fantastic - park trips are always high up
on my list of fun! Now I am getting ready to m
meet Erin for a quick trip to Cedar Rapids
for dinner & a bit of scrappy shopping:):)

When good days go so bad.......

how long does a Tuesday really need to be?
I ask this because this has been the longest day
ever!!!!!! Really, I have been dead tired & the hour
between 12 noon and 1:00 took about 6 days!
I am now on my way to school where I will be for
the next two hours.......Mandy I need you, a latte,
a giant cookie, & US magazine:)

where else in the world would they play

baseball in the freezing cold rain?? Love it!

thought it would be........

home hanging with my girls:)

After a very busy weekend I am looking forward to Monday!
Really, after attendind a very inspirational conference this
weekend I am ready to get to work and kick around some
new ideas!!! This really means that I will be spending a lot
of extra time at work this week, but it will all be FANTASTIC
when I am done!!!!

Friday Fun!

What a fun & busy Friday!

Work was great, despite the fact that I had to be there

before 6:30! I did get to work with Erin this morning, she is

a happy morning person....even before Starbucks!

I am getting ready for our crop tonight at the Y. I love crops, just not packing for them!

I am a heavy packer, I think that I need everything that I own. I once packed 5 pairs of shoes for a

two day trip! I am excited that I get to pack my new scrap tote:) It is pink & brown! Well, I am off to

pack as many of my supplies that will fit into my tote.....good thing I got the bigger one & that Ryan

will carry it into the crop for me;)

Wednesday.....where have you gone?

Wednesday in a nut shell:

- work
- meeting,lost today:)
- drop dinner off to Ryan
- home for an hour; pet Maggie, gave her 4 treats(feel bad that we've been gone all day), wave to the cat
- dinner with the girls! pizza at the OP,what better way to wrap up a Wednesday:)
- meet Ali for coffee & a chat!
- finally home and getting ready for bed; only to start over again tomorrow at 5:15 a.m........

Tomorrow's to do list:

- Starbucks, venti skinny latte:)

So far today I have had a fantastic breakfast with Ryan @ Panera,

went grocery shopping, and did a bit more work on a school

project. I am thinking that a trip to Barnes & Noble is called for

Wednesday.....

has been a long one! Work @ 6:15 with a little help from a venti skinny vanilla latte:),
a late afternoon meeting, dinner with Ry, church - Ryan was in the Lenten drama as James,
he was pretty amazing, Hansen's ice cream, and finally in my jammies and ready for bed!

Or Green day! I am not a huge fan of St. Patricks day and
have no idea why you must pinch someone who is not
wearing green....maybe they don't look good in green!
However I did eat green ice cream and enjoy a yummy
cupcake with green sugar sprinkles! Now that is
something I can get behind:)
My other Tuesday happening was a trip to the nail
salon with my girls from work. I love getting my nails
done! The hand massage alone with worth it!!
I am now the proud owner of 10 lovely dark purple nails:)

The greatest day ever!

What a great Monday! I know that I am not usually a fan of
this day of the week, but today was an exceptional Monday!
Both Ryan and I had the day off!! The whole day!! We slept in,
went to lunch at Soho(so yummy!), hit the lss, tripped around a local
gallery(AMAZING stuff there!), coffee & Jessi!, and then we bought my
anniversary present - a new camera:) It is pink and so cute!! I have no
photos to post of our day because my camera was....not feeling well today.
New photos from my new camera will be coming - soon!!!!
